Coaching is a collaborative relationship providing more structured and directive guidance with meeting specific goals. The focus is more upon identifying the goals you want to meet; what barriers and obstacles exist with meeting those goals, and developing effective skills and tools to assist with meeting your goal path.
Therapy, which usually focuses upon unresolved issues, personal characteristics, etc., is generally not part of this process. However, if it seems there are therapeutic issues that may be in the way of meeting certain goals, we will provide you with referrals, if you choose to pursue this path.
What is Coaching?
As a consumer, you can expect weekly scheduled calls and connection in support of your efforts. Materials are provided and do require completion. Depending on the package you select, additional bonus and materials are included.
